MAITUM, Sarangani (January 27, 2012) - Governor Migs Dominguez and Congressman Manny Pacquiao join the Bangsi Festival celebration Friday, January 27, at the municipal gymnasium. Bangsi is Maitum's One Town One Product (OTOP), providing livelihood to coastal households. Its value-added product, the marinated and half dried flying fish, is a popular pasalubong and breakfast fare. Bangsi Festival also honors the fisherfolk.
