MAITUM, Sarangani (September 4, 2011) – A breakfast of marinated bangsi (half-dried flying fish), salted eggs soaked with herbs in a century-old jar, and vegetables take the fancy of bloggers who visited Cresing’s Food Products Friday, September 2. Cresing’s Food Products is also known for its “Cresilda Blend” brand of organic rice and corn coffee. The bloggers from Manila and other parts of Mindanao were accompanied by Avel Manansala, media communications officer of General Santos City, and organizer of the tour.
