MAITUM, Sarangani (January 29, 2012) ­– Vice Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon (extreme left) together with Board Member Cornelio Martinez Jr. (2nd left) and Board Member Alexander Bryan Reganit (extreme right) award prizes during the basketball league culmination as part of the celebration of 5th Bangsi Festival. Bangsi (flying fish) is Maitum's One Town One Product (OTOP), providing livelihood to coastal households. Its value-added product is the marinated and half dried flying fish.
