MAITUM, Sarangani (January 29, 2012) - Vice Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon graces the drum and lyre competition at the municipal gymnasium Thursday, January 26, during the 5th Bangsi Festival as he encourages students to study hard to achieve their dreams. This year’s festival theme is “Yamang Dagat Pahalagahan, Kalikasan Pangalagaan”. Bangsi (flying fish) is Maitum's One Town One Product (OTOP), providing livelihood to coastal households.
