Homes and empty streets are seen under “No Movement Sunday” as part of a 15-day implementation of the EO No. 040-2020 series of 2020 to prevent the threat of local transmission in the municipality.Municipality of Maitum is composed of 19 barangays with more or less 40,000 residents. Under the lockdown, all residents are not allowed to go out of their respective residences with exemption for healthcare workers, service workers working in pharmacies, and drug stores; police and military, and barangay officials.
