DBP-GenSan Donates ₱200,000 to Support Maitum Earthquake Response The Municipality of Maitum received a ₱200,000 cash donation from the Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP) – General Santos Branch as part of the bank’s humanitarian response to the recent earthquake that affected the municipality and neighboring communities. The financial assistance was formally turned over to the Local Government Unit of Maitum to support ongoing relief, recovery, and rehabilitation efforts for families and communities impacted by the disaster. Representing DBP during the turnover were SVP Cliff C. Chatto, Head of the Southern and Western Mindanao Lending Group; VP Elvie E. Albano, Head of the Branch Banking Group – Southern Mindanao; AVP Ivie L. Sabellano, Head of the General Santos Branch; Vida D. Destajo, Account Officer of the GenSan Lending Center; and Grace P. Suhayon, Account Officer of the General Santos Branch. Municipal officials expressed their sincere appreciation to DBP for its generosity and commitment to helping communities recover during times of crisis.
