LGU MAITUM REAFFIRMS COMMITMENT AS LINGKOD BAYANI The Municipal Government of Maitum, led by Municipal Mayor James Mark B. Reganit, reaffirmed its commitment to dedicated, ethical, and meaningful public service as municipal officials and employees took part in the Lingkod Bayani Commitment Wall during the culmination of Maitum’s celebration of the 126th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary on September 25, 2026. The activity served as a meaningful highlight of the municipality’s celebration, which brought together the Municipal Government of Maitum and partner government agencies through various inter-agency activities, fostering camaraderie, teamwork, and a shared commitment to public service. Anchored on the theme “Puso, Dangal, at Galing Para sa Bayan,” the celebration highlighted the values that every public servant is called to uphold—puso, through compassion and genuine concern for the people; dangal, through integrity, accountability, and professionalism; and galing, through competence, excellence, and dedication in delivering quality government services. More than a symbolic activity, the Lingkod Bayani Commitment Wall represents the collective pledge of Maitum’s public servants to uphold the highest standards of integrity and professionalism and to place the welfare of the people at the center of their work.
